At EIA 2024, I collaborated with a team to create CriticAl, an edtech platform powered by generative AI. To ensure our solution met user needs, we conducted interviews with teachers and students. Addressing the lack of time, tools, and resources teachers face, the platform enables educators to easily incorporate critical thinking activities into their lessons. I developed a functional prototype to demonstrate its practicality and impact, integrating human-centered design with a text-to-image AI model. Our work was recognized as one of the Top Teams among 70+ participants (top 15%), chosen by investors for our solution’s scalability, problem-solution fit, and execution.
